    If booking within less than 1 month of the date, please contact us to ensure availability. 

    Rates, Payment, & Cancellation Policies

    Due to songwriters sharing their creative intellectual property from the initial meeting and on, payment is due in full at the time of booking.

    Important Considerations

    • All songwriting packages will include:
      • An In-Person Meeting or Video Chat with Songwriter to Share Your Love Story
      • MP3 Recording of Your Original Love Song
      • Lead Sheet to Allow Musicians to Perform Live for Your Engagement or Wedding
      • Custom PDF Art of Your Personalized Lyrics (where applicable)

    • Original songs will not be shared on any public platforms prior to use for your special event. Following your special event, the song may be used in perpetuity for marketing, publication, performances, and more. 

    • If the client submits a written request, the songwriter will alter identifying content before sharing on a public platform. The written request must be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving the final song.

    • The songwriter (not the client or Lowcountry Pianist & Company LLC) maintains the sole rights to their creation.

    • Payments are non-refundable. We recognize that songwriting can be subjective; therefore, songwriters will send a rough draft during the writing process for approval to ensure their creation aligns with your vision.
    By typing your name, you agree that you are signing this agreement electronically and consent to be legally bound by the agreement's terms and conditions.
    The client agrees that in all circumstances, Holly Slice and all Lowcountry Pianist & Co. LLC team member's personal and professional liability shall be exclusively limited to an amount equal to the payment received and that they shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages.
