About:

The Lowcountry Sacred Music Retreat (LSMR) is an annual, ecumenical event designed for church choral programs (and anyone else who enjoys singing sacred music). The purpose of the retreat is to grow as musicians, to learn new repertoire, to connect with other choirs, and most importantly, to worship.

For those who have attended worship conferences, the aspect participants most often share that they enjoyed the most is singing with a large group of musicians. Many of us have small church choirs; however, the music we can create when we join together is truly incredible -- a small foretaste of heaven.

We hope you will consider joining us on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Bethany United Methodist Church, Summerville. ​

2:30 PM - Run Through / Sound Check
