Clarinetist

Erikah is a clarinetist, saxophonist, and private lesson instructor in Summerville, SC. She graduated from Charleston Southern University and was an actively involved in wind, jazz, and chamber ensembles while completing her undergrad. She has served as a woodwind instructor with both Goose Creek High School and Ashley Ridge High School, and many of her students have been all-state and region band clarinetists / saxophonists. She performs regularly with Charleston Wind Symphony, Charleston Concert Band, and has also performed with various ensembles in Carnegie Hall, NY and the Sydney Opera House, Australia. She also performed as principle clarinetist in SC Intercollegiate Band. Her former teachers include Maralee Barela and Charles Messersmith. She has an immense love for music and continuously strives to share her passion as both a solo and collaborative musician. |
